Over the past 40 years, we have developed and expanded our business to be one of the most important providers of cheese concepts for retail, wholesale, catering and industrial sectors.

PG Kaas develops concepts for cheese departments and counters for and in co-operation with its customers. Together, we look for solutions and ways to improve both importance and differentiation of cheese departments.

Our customers include the German retail as well as supermarkets in Austria, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Asia and the Middle East.

Freshness

Cheese is a fresh product. Perfectly structured production processes involving low stock and short lead times guarantee our customers absolutely fresh products with best possible shelf life.

Quality

Strict quality control and evaluation of suppliers, products and tools play a key role in our company. We monitor quality with a reliable system meeting the “higher level” IFS requirements. Our products are also sold outside Europe. Therefore, we make sure that we are always up to date with the regulations in terms of food safety, quality requirements and labelling in other countries.

Due to our wide range of products and packaging, we can flexibly address the most different customer requests. Our products are divided into different product groups. We specialise in:
